Blazers COD Warzone Duo Wins Fall Championship

IRVING, Texas – Dallas College North Lake's Call of Duty Warzone duo of Anthony Garcia, "GKay," and Hunter Treleaven, "ChillzBR" won the National Junior College Athletic Association eSports Fall Championship Saturday.

The Blazers, who completed an unbeaten season at 12-0, swept the Barton Community College pair, 3-0, in the national championship series.  

GKay and ChillzBR did not drop a map in nationals. The Blazers swept Laramie County Community College, 3-0, in the quarterfinals. They also ran through State Fair Community College, 3-0, in the semifinals.

North Lake's pair became the first first-person shooter eSports team in Dallas College's eSports program to win a national title.
